• Sort mail according to defined parameters

• Important if you subscribe to Discussion groups

• Can highlight messages important to you

• Examples:

  • If from “Fam-Med” put in folder Fam-Med
  • If header contains “Error” put in folder error
  • If from “Don Lum” change color to red and make boldface
